Explore AE Legends
Discover the literary universe of AE Legends through a timeline showcasing the chronological order of events. For simplicity, this timeline is sorted by series, and each series is placed in a spot in the timeline by which the entire series has occurred. This may mean that some individual books do fall earlier in the timeline, as is disclosed in the description for these series.

The Convergence series depicts the origin stories of four of the Progenitors, the immortal creators of the Elsphere. Each of the four books will focus on a particular Progenitor - Albrek Deepcaller, Atÿr Dawnbreaker, Merlos Fatebender, and Lënor Flameborn - and several others as major characters. This is planned, chronologically, to be the earliest series in the Elsphere Chronicles.

The Direlord trilogy depicts a war between a pair of demigods; an immortal artisan and the heir to his former apprentice. Mad with envy and consumed by hatred, the Lord of Wonders threatens an entire world, and only the heir of the Architect can hope to stop him.
But will Ivory Erdroth rise in time to stop Gyle Erdaris before it is too late?

The Shadowsteel Saga tells the story of a frantic war between men and gods. A broken world serves as the last barrier between an ancient demon and the complete annihilation of the entire Elsphere, and it cannot stand for long; not unless the heroes who defend it can find a way to kill Death before the end comes.
The Shadowsteel Saga is one of the most significant series I'll ever write; nearly all of the other series in the Elsphere have a direct connection to it!

The Saeridian duology is the origin story of one of the Elsphere's most enigmatic figures, depicting his rise from the noble knight Joren to a champion of what was lost and a herald of what is to come.
The Saeridian will be one of the Elsphere's most vital series, bringing together the events of the Shadowsteel Saga with those yet to come in Era's End.

The Heart of Obsidian duology tells the story of the Phoenix Knight Alexarian Lharach as he pursues revenge against a group that took everything that he once loved. He may yet be able to take it back... and if not, he is certainly able to make his enemies suffer, if he can only find a way to reach them in their White City.

The Lodestar Chronicles are a series of first-person narratives covering a few of the numerous exploits of the ex-Parallel Adria as she travels between endangered planets, protecting those who are otherwise overlooked. This series spans a significant stretch of time from the midst of the Shadowsteel Saga to the advent of the Elspheric War.
While the Lodestar Chronicles are more satirical than other series might be, they are no less relevant.

The Avalon Rising series follows the meteoric rise of the planet Avalon across three separate eras: beginning in the Middle Ages, passing through the Modern Era, and ending in the Space Age. With a foundation in Arthurian legend, it will heavily feature the Holy Grail - discovered by Arthur Pendragon, stolen by a Knight of the Round Table, and now sought by Aurelius, son of Arthur, with the aid of the Sorcerer Merlin.

The Starsong trilogy follows a crew of space pirates as the Elsphere degenerates into an interdimensional war. Following the captain Cyrus Mason and his new protégé Renna Runesinger, together with their crewmates - an Imp knight, a form-locked Dos, and an Avalonian revenant - this space opera will encompass the first major battles in this war, including those with powerful foes that have been looming over the Elsphere for centuries: the Death-King and the Shatterer.

The Era's End trilogy will be the final installment in the Elsphere Chronicles; the last major series written and the last chronologically. It depicts the final conflict between Light and Dark, and whatever the outcome, it will leave the Elsphere forever changed. Heroes new and old will unite or they will fall.
He is coming.

Project: Rho is a massive literary undertaking, containing stories from all over the Elsphere that the novels will not tell. I've revealed very little about this project, but Steel and Shadow, the first installment, is well underway!
